1) You can undo engine tuning and weight loss! You don't have to worry about ruining your 20 mil car by giving it too much power!
2) The interface is much improved and it's much easier to change cars and upgrades as you can do it almost anywhere.
3) Graphics, they look nice
4) It might just be me but I think the cars handle better.
5) They kept the Cizeta v16 in the game.

They also kept the diablo GT1 car. That is the best car in the game. Bar none.

I don't know. I think the gran turismo Ford GT (the black race car) and the 458 (with a max tune) are among the best.

I like the handling way more in the GT6, much more realistic. I just want more damn prize cars.

Lies. Lies and slander. The diablo GT1, dodge ram 1500, and the honda odessey are the top 3 in order.

I think I spend about 30% less time navigating menus, and actually using that time to play now. Especially when tuning is involved.

Now I would love to hear your reasoning for the Ram. I will agree with the Odyssey though! In GT5 mine had 420 HP, weighed 1200 kilos with AWD and kicked ass in its PP range!

Tune one up. It handles surprisingly well with some power. AWD drifts are amazingly fun and it rallies quite well. It does chew through tires though. But the weight lowers its PP enough to where it is quite competitive.

Did you play GT4? Undoing engine tuning was possible there as well. Did GT5 not allow this?

Engine tuning (as far as internals ect) and weight reduction in GT5 was permanent.

My El Camino does 215 without nitrous or drafting. Aw yesss....
I find the game itself rather boring- I feel like I've already played it. I just have new cars to enter races with now. It feels like GT5 just got shuffled around and given a few new things in exchange for other things.

Don't be, it was really fun when you got online and played with friends and Opponauts. Allow me to set the stage : Nurburgring 24 hour circuit, at night, in the rain. NASCAR cars with 800 hp and no headlights. No aids.

We've done this twice (although the second time was with karts). Remember to turn damage on.
